I attended Islington Chiropractic Clinic after trying to tolerate the pain caused by a back injury for about two weeks. Following an initial thorough assessment by Shaheeda my injury was diagnosed and fully explained to me. The treatment I received brought immediate relief and I felt so much better when I left. Since my first visit my back has greatly improved. Shaheeda has given me useful strengthening exercises which, together with the treatments, have seen my back almost return to normal. Saying that, every visit provides some improvement. Other factors relating to my spine (posture, day to day routine, work environment, exercise etc) are always discussed and this has helped my understanding of how to prevent the injury re-occurring and generally promote improved health.
Overall I have been greatly impressed with the treatment I have received from Shaheeda and the service provided by all the staff at the clinic. I have recommended the clinic to several friends.
